J&J Machine prides ourselves on our vast capabilities register and customer satisfaction. We are a one-stop-shop for all of your machining needs: we are experts in CNC turning processes for cutting, facing, turning, threading, drilling, knurling, and boring that meet industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction. We also offer electric discharge machining (EDM), finishing, metal plating, and welding, just to name a few of our supplementary services. We work with many metal and plastic materials, with a specialty in stainless steel and titanium, and can accommodate up to 1 million pieces with tolerances based on our customers’ needs. We have live tool Y-axis resources for a more precise result, along with multi-spindle, bar feed, and CAM programming.
