J and J Machine 5-axis machines’ superior scale and precision capabilities are a result of our custom design and development of all the machines’ major components.   We utilize a state of the art 5-axis machine, 20% faster, the smallest duoBLOCK® machine of the new generation. With chip-to-chip times of up to 3.7 seconds and increased precision, this universal milling machine sets new benchmarks in 5-axis machining.  J and J Machine  employs a team of automation and controls engineers who fine-tune the dynamic performance of our machines to achieve high accuracy while the machine is in motion and under load.


J&J Machine provides vertical and horizontal milling services for a variety of industrial applications. While we do extensive work for the aerospace, medical, military, and semi-conductor industries, we also provide services for marine, packaging, electronic, agricultural, automotive, and energy clients, and use and manufacture vacuum fixtures. Our customers turn to us for everything from sculpting/surfacing and pocketing of components, to tapping and thread milling, for parts up to 60 inches in length, 29 inches in width, and 29 inches in height. We can accommodate volumes from prototypes to 1 million pieces and work to client specifications when it comes to tolerances. Our vast abilities allow us to work with a wide variety of metal and plastic materials.

J&J Machine offers a variety of swiss machining services for projects with diverse production requirements, whether for your most demanding prototype or for your long run, high-volume assignments. We provide advanced technology for all of your machining needs, from boring and milling, to thread cutting and polishing. We can work in any of 37 metals and 54 plastics, with concentrations in aluminum, Hastelloy, bronze alloys, Inconel, nickel, stainless steel, and titanium substances. We can accommodate part sizes from .12 inches to 1.5 inches (a rare size for a swiss machine) in width, up to 12 feet in length, and are skilled in working in very tight tolerances (± 0002 inches). We work in a wide range of industries, with expertise in machining implantable parts for the medical industry, and providing services for the aerospace, military/defense, and telecommunications industries.

Beyond our machining capabilities, we provide a wide variety of other services, some of which include assembly, heat treating, grinding, and surface preparation. We have 9-axis machining, CNC control, and multi-spindle capabilities.
